Aman Haque is a Partner and Head of Global Operations at August Leadership, where he draws on more than 20 years of international leadership across Asia, Europe, and the US. Blending expertise in HR, management consulting, and communications, he partners with organizations to accelerate transformation, build resilient leadership teams, and secure top C-suite talent. His career spans industries from petrochemicals and energy to financial services, media, and industrials, giving him a uniquely cross-sector perspective on talent and organizational growth.
Before joining August Leadership, Aman served as Vice President of HR at Engro Corporation (formerly part of ExxonMobil), one of Asia’s leading blue-chip conglomerates. Over his 15-year tenure, he led HR for the holding company, where he coached and hired executive leadership, managed the employee experience, and spearheaded group-wide talent management. He also spearheaded sustainability initiatives, expanding the Engro Foundation into one of South Asia’s leading corporate foundations, delivering large-scale social impact projects and investing in social enterprises.
Earlier in his career, Aman worked in management consulting with KPMG and Deloitte in London and the US, where he specialized in the deal and M&A cycle. He advised private equity clients on commercial due diligence and post-merger integration and worked with major financial institutions including Wachovia and Wells Fargo Bank.
Aman has helped multinational corporations navigate transformation, build leadership pipelines, and strengthen organizational performance. His career reflects a consistent focus on aligning human capital with business growth and social impact.
Aman received his BSc at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, where he studied Political Science and Film.
