Katarina specializes in executive level positions across the integrated operations and supply chain product development, innovation, sourcing, procurement, S&OP, engineering, manufacturing, service operations and customer service, logistics and distribution.

She has in-depth knowledge across industry sectors and geographies. Her focus has been on leading top-level executive searches for a broad range of clients across many industry sectors, including agriculture and bio tech, automotive, consumer packaged goods, financial services, food, flavor and ingredients, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, professional services, personal care & beauty. She also partners effectively with her international clients to build their leadership and functional operations teams in the United States. Many clients are large public organizations, global private equity, or VC-backed companies, as well as family-owned businesses.

Katarina brings more than two decades of professional services and advisory experience to August Leadership, including tenures with leading global executive search firms ZRG Partners, Boyden, Heidrick & Struggles as well as McKinsey & Company.

Katarina is a graduate of Cologne University of Applied Sciences in Köln, Germany, and holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Born and raised in Germany, Katarina resides in the United States today. She has worked and lived in Düsseldorf, Germany, Paris, France, and New York City for most of her professional life. She is fluent in English, German and French.
