“A search firm is a key ingredient to the future success of an organization, but it must have executives who have extraordinary insight into the real nature of the marriage they are trying to accomplish. That happens only when their executives truly work to understand what makes a good match. Such an executive is Ken Greger. What separates him from the rest is his desire to understand the deep human characteristics of both candidate and executive. The technical skills are always secondary to the human ones. Hence he is an example that differentiates him from the rest.”
