Her experience spans a range of industries and sectors including but not limited to aviation & aerospace sports & entertainment, technology, not-for-profit, travel/ tourism & hospitality and alternative energy. Functionally, Michelle specializes in VP, C-suite, and Board level searches primarily. From an advisory position, Michelle is passionate about leadership and culture, ESG, and transformation. She is an experienced public speaker, having given talks at industry conferences and graduate schools including, NACO Canada, the University of B.C.-Sauder School of Business, and the Simon Fraser University–Beedie School of Business. She is an active participant in the business community and has been a member of the Vancouver Board of Trade, the Company of Young Professionals (CYP), and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs (FWE). Michelle is also passionate about philanthropic causes and has actively participated in the Junior Achievement – Canadian Business Hall of Fame (Selection Committee Process), Holiday Helper, the 2015 Covenant House – Sleep Out (Vancouver), BC Children’s Wish Foundation, and the SPCA.
