From 2019 to 2023, Tom led Global Talent Acquisition for Invesco, joining after the merger with OppenheimerFunds where he held the same role since 2012. Previously, he enjoyed a distinguished career at Merrill Lynch as an institutional salesman and senior manager. From 2005 to 2009, he served as Merrill’s Global Head of Talent Sourcing and Recruiting. Tom’s rich industry experience positions him as a respected thought leader on building outstanding leadership teams with a proven track record of delivering transformational and diverse talent.
Tom is Chairman Emeritus of Lime Connect, a non-profit organization which partners with leading global brands to expand career opportunities for students and professionals with disabilities. He serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, chairing the board from 2019 to 2022.
